By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the Lumigai Career Discovery Intelligence Platform ("Lumigai"), including our 3,000+ Career Exploration Directory and interactive Career Trials, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue platform usage immediately.

2. Nature of Platform & Exploratory Purpose

Lumigai is an educational career exploration and simulation platform designed to build personal awareness and career discovery.

• Interactive Career Trials: Situational scenarios are created for experiential self-reflection and exploratory learning. They do not constitute formal psychometric aptitude testing or certified placement exams.
• No Suitability Scores: Lumigai explicitly avoids reductive ranking scores or pressure tactics. User reflections are saved for personal self-discovery.

3. No Employment or Outcome Guarantee

Lumigai does not guarantee admission to any academic program, job offer, salary benchmark, or specific career outcome. Salary estimates, day-in-the-life summaries, and career progression pathways are compiled for educational guidance only and may vary based on market conditions, location, and individual qualification.

4. User Conduct Guidelines

When interacting with Lumigai, you agree not to:

• Scrape, extract, or automatedly harvest platform career taxonomy, decision trees, or trial assets.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise platform API routes or database integrity.
• Submit misleading, offensive, or harmful material through contact forms or reflection fields.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary algorithms, career taxonomy hierarchies (13 domains, 199 families, 3,211 careers), MCIF framework assets, visual graphics, logos, and scenario content are protected intellectual property of Lumigai. All rights reserved.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lumigai and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the platform.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
